The portion of Humanity viewed as [sub-human] by the world-wide Corporate Pharmaceutical industry's Elite, [a concept carryover from this Nation's inception], provides the incentive for the continued existence of an entity which originally was established to benefit Humanity, not market Humanity's health as a profit making tool. Personhood Unchecked changed all of that. The Constitution doesn't say that the Wellfare of Sub-Humans has to be the primary goal of Government. Yet it's that portion of Americans, viewed as "the Damed, Dispised, and Disenfranchised", this minority of ruling, decision making, bloodsucking bodies, can't do without. The Faith&Credit they so freely dispense around the World, IS Us. It would seem that the maintenence of the Health of Us, would be their top priority.

Hey Juan,
I thought you might like to see this article from wikipedia. It sounds fairly innocuous enough in the beginning. If CA actually did what it says its intended to do. The latter part gets into the controversy, and its ends with a mention of Ron Paul and his stance on it.
As a long time user of vitamins I have seen the changes that have happened over the years. They got more expensive with smaller dosages. It also got so you could not buy certain vitamins by themselves.
My experience has shown me that the only vitamins one really need to be concerned about with over doseage is the Fat soluables like vitamins A,D,E and K. Proper labeling would be enough to stop people from taking way too many of these. Its not necessary to just make it impossible to to buy.
There used to be people in most health food stores that could offer advice....but now its considered practicing medicine with out a license. The information is still availbale but one has to do a lot of digging.

If you notice, there's a common thread linking these topics I've written about. "The Origins of the Mindset", that some of us in this Nation are undeserving of good health, education, and all of the perks, a majority of equals of a Nation receive. Any Nation where this ethnic and cultural phenomenom prevails, that Majority enjoy those perks, guaranteed by it's government. Why is that? When you delve into the orgins of the creation of Corporations and the Personhood they've morphed into then you'll know the answer to thiis question. We-the-People never was ment to include the group made up of Convicts and Slaves, either White or Black, nor their descendants of whom the majority of us are descendent today. We then made up a majority and today, nothing has changed.
In my research of the subject [The Elite Mindset], where some of the populas of a country are viewed as the dregs of that society, ie the working class, that class inevitably are soon, due to economic or political down-turns, relegated to the Damned, Dispised and Disenfranchised or literally become "Sub-Human" in the eyes of the elite.
Due to political and economic events in Merry Ol' England, this became the case for many of our fore-fathers, who to survive and feed their families, would commit the most trivial of offenses and land in ol'Bailey, sentenced to hang.
