I am promoting a book I think should be read by all literate persons. It is Family of Secrets by Russ Baker. Below is a review posted on Amazon that should stimulate your interest. A quote I like much is from this review, "And riding on his dad's coattails is young George W Bush. Where Poppy went wrong, George W seemed to correct: managing the media to spin all inquiries; politicizing every government agency; handing out juicy contracts to cronies." To me this describes exactly what occurred this last eight years. W's administration was not failed. It was payback for what the media, government agencies, Saddam, Iran, the list is long, did to his father. From reading this book, I found the Bush's couldn't care less what fallout happened as long as they got the money and power. They had no love for the country, only love of self. What a waste.
