ALL WE NEED IS A CARD THAT YOU MARK WITH AN ENDELIBLE PEN. WE'VE ALL USED THEM IN SCHOOL ALTHOUGH WE USED A PENCIL THEN. I THINK THAT I AM WITH ALICE IN WONDERLAND THESE LAST FEW YEARS IN AMERICA. IF THERE IS ANY LOGIC TO THIS AT ALL THEN IT IS THAT SOME HAVE PUSHED AND FUNDED THIS ELECTRONIC SYSTEM BECAUSE IT CAN BE MANIPULATED TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. ONE WONDERS WHY THIS MUST BE EXPLAINED BUT--HAVEN'T YOU COMPUTER USERS NOTICED THAT PEOPLE FROM THE FAR SIDE OF THE EARTH CAN ENTER YOUR COMPUTER?  WITH THE DESIRE AND KNOWLEDGE A COMPUTER CAN BE MANIPULATED.  WHO WOULD KNOW IF ONE OF THE INTEGRATED CIRCUITS HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED SUCH THAT ONCE A CODE IS ENTERED THEN A SELECTED PROGRAM WOULD BE INSTALLED. THIS PROGRAM COULD THEN BE INSTRUCTED TO ERASE ITSELF AT THE END OF THE VOTING DAY. NO, THIS IS NOT SCIENCE FICTION NOR IS IT PARANOIA;  IN SPITE OF THE EFFORTS OF WELL PAID EXPERTS TO STOP COMPUTER INTRUSIONS OVER THE YEARS THE PROBLEMS CONTINUE.      KISS
