It's way too early to tell who I would vote for. Since I vote the issues and I don't know all the candidates yet; I can't honestly say who.

However; Pawlenty has done little to deserve his spot in my opinion.

Sue should have stayed an Independent. Pawlenty will not be getting my vote a second time. Too many taxes that aren't taxes.

I agree that Sue should stay Libertarian (aka third party). However, I realize why she wants the Republican endorsement. How many Libertarian governors have we had? None (OK Jesse was really close...but still). Plus most of her viewpoints are supported by both political philosophies (republican and libertarian).

Just a note on Sue -- I've recently written her and she's responded back to me within a few days, and we even had a really good email discussion about a particular issue. She is very responsive, thoughtful and refreshing.

Is she still going to run if she can't beat Pawlenty for the Republican endorsement?

"Sue was never independent she was libertarian."

I just use independent as a catch-all for anyone who's not a Republican or Democrat.

I think his signing the stadium tax bill may have been the last straw for a lot of people. The cigarette tax (I call it what it is) was it for me, the stadium tax was just the icing on the cake.
