| Everytime ESPN does a report on the Eagles, Sal Pal is doing the report....does he live and work in Philly? You never seem him doing NFL reports from other cities. Just wondering. |

Embarssing to admit but he is from Philly and even more embarrassing to admit, (for me), he teaches a course at St.Joe's, not sure what, maybe a-hole reporting 101. He actually used to be a print reporter and wrote a pretty good biography of Frank Rizzo, then he went douchebag.

| The Tonner thinks he's actually from Long Island but got his break in Philly writing for the Inky. The Tonner could be wrong. Tonner |

| Thanks.....that's kind of like Adam Shefter...he was a Broncos' beat reporter for many years and now he is always on either the NFL Network or ESPN. Whenever there is a story about the Broncos he usually is first to report it. |

"Mikey Miss is also a teacher at St. Joes. Not sure which is more ridiculous..." And why is that? He's a lawyer teaching sports and entertainment law at St Joes and is the most refreshing, knowledgeable and entertaining sports radio personality in this city by far. He hosts his own sports talk show that just de-throned Eskin who has been king of the 3-7 drive home with the 18-25 male demographic for what seems like forever. So why exactly is it ridiculous again? He's not qualified?.. or you just don't like him? |

He is from Long Island and he covers the Birds so much because the east coast corrider is his beat for ESPN. He does the reports on the Skins, Ravens, Birds, Giants and Jets. |

| That's good news DMQB5. The Tonner is happy to hear his protege is laying pipe like a three-armed plumber. The Tonner just broke out of his self-imposed World Series celibacy last night. Poor babe never knew what hit her. She'll be walking funny for awhile. Well, the Tonner's pretty sure she walked funny to begin with but he had so many Gennys in him, the recollection is a little foggy. Keep up the good work DMQB5 and throw in some studying when you're not throwing one in her. Tonner |

Is it possible you're reading to much into this? In fact, I think its confirmation that Phila is a major sports city. Like it or not, Sal has that swagger and is/was based in Phila... it's only natural that, in sort of a slick way, that the major networks wants to make sure that metro Phila's 10 million people are apart of their coffers without letting the rest of the country knowing about it, sort of! (we might think we're stepchildren but they don't) We all know how the rest of the country views us vs dallas, NY and boston and of course LA... just an opinion! later |

| Sal Pal worked for the Daily News back in the day. He is orginally from New York, but has been working in Philly for years. He has a home in South Jersey. He is a good Philly guy. |

Sal Pal actually is from New York, but has lived in South Jersey for quite some time and is a Phill reporter and a Philly correspondent for ESPN.That Skinnies knows football. --------------------------------- McNabb is leaving at the end of this year minus a miracle. That's what this contract indicates to me. Phildogs1 Will he admit to being wrong when DMAC is the QB opening day 2010? I doubt it. |

he knocked off the chipmunk eskin? Its about time. eskin is a chump and how he had all those rating was beyond me, his show usually turned ugly 2 times a week minimum. good for mike. I miss the field of 64, does he still do that? " Civilazation exists by geological consent, subject to change without notice." {Will Durant} |
