It's been several months since the Boomerang craze was released. I am very curious to see the results of those who purchased one or won one. The season is pretty much in full swing so I think all have had a chance to see how it has helped or hindered your putting . Mine has significantly helped in distance control.  Thanks

I skeptically bought one myself and I use it a little every night, but I see no improvement in my on course distance control, however I have started making a much smoother stroke with a truer tracking roll, subsequently draining more putts.
I have always gone at the hole with an agressive pace but had too much hit in my putts
I like using it, it reminds me of cue stroke in pool.

My results are similar to yours.  I don't think it helped much at all on long putts but my lag putting has been pretty good.  On short putts I think it helped a lot.  Unlike you my short-putt problem was what I call "pooching" them.  I tended to raise up and decelerate.  The Boomerang helped me ID that problem and helped me groove a still head and firm stroke.  I am hitting the 4 footers much more confidently and making a higher percentage of them.  I really do think the Boomerang helped.

My biggest tendency is/was to pull short putts, the Brang has helped that I'm sure, I 3 putted a rinky dink par 3 yesterday for the first time in a while, as soon as I made contact with the ball I felt it. The Brang makes my pulls and decelerations very obvious.
My long putts improved also, I'm putting a very good roll on the ball now and they are tracking much better I step up to long putts now with the thought of it's going in, as opposed to just get it close. I have also gone to the claw grip too, which took all the hit out of my stroke.

It has helped me smooth out my stroke and switch to a center shafted face balanced putter which has had the following effects:

1.  Less 3 putts

2.  Better distance control on downhill putts

3.  Sinking more putts from 4 - 8 feet

4.  Anything inside of 3 feet is in.

5.  Happier with my putting so far this year as my main goal is/was to improve my putting and putting stats.

Other than that, not much. :-)

It has actually helped me a lot.  I've made more 8-10 footers this year than ever before.

When I first started using it, I had trouble hitting 3 or 4 in a row that stayed on the ramp.  I can make several hundred putts now and control how far into the white disk the ball rolls before it either sticks or comes back.

I bought a bunch of these and can say that when I use it (usually the end of winter) my putting is improved and more confident.

Shamelessly now, I listed one in the swapshop.
