Dear "Firefly" fans,

I just wanted to take the time to say "thank you" once again for your kindness and for your support. I am still amazed that you remember the show after all this time. I can certainly learn a lesson in endurance from all of you.

For all of your very kind emails and all that you have done to get the soundtrack out -I thank you. miracles do happen, I think!!

Your friend

You are more than welcome Greg, and thank YOU so, so, so much for this wonderful music.

The CD is on 'repeat' in my player here at work, I'm listening to it as I type. Brilliant! (Spaceball is by far my fave, I just wish it was about 2 minutes longer! ;) )

Greg,

Thank YOU for your amazing music. It touches my emotions in so many different ways---it can make me smile, laugh, or even cry. I'm so happy for you that the soundtrack has been released after so much time. Here's hoping you get many more projects in the future.

All the best,
KJ

Dear Greg Edmonson:

Your music has made a difference in my life. When I face challenges to my good cheer, I think of the music as Firefly goes into orbit over Persephone in "Shindig." It has never, ever failed to brighten my mood.

When I face a sadness, or a loss, I hear the music from Tracy's burial scene in "The Messenger." It comes to me unbidden, because it's expressing better than that damn Albinoni "Adagio" that one hears everywhere the experience I have of sadness.

Teo examples from many, including the fact that I sing the theme song at least once a day, with my dogs accompanying me on the howlophone, just to set the tone for the day. You're an artist, a fine one, and your creations make a difference in this world. I'm just one story among Flandom. I'm grateful to you for your gifts to us.

Your fan
OldFan Dearlove

Thank YOU for the beautiful and inspiring music that was an integral part of why we love Firefly!!

I have never gotten over the beauty of the movement in Out of Gas when Mal walks through the lonely ship. I often find myself humming it! Thank you!

Remember it?! We wallow in it daily! We live and breathe by it. It's a sickness and we're cheerfully spreading the infection everywhere we go! Hmmmm. I would make a great ad exec, eh?

Anyway, thanks for sayin' cuz it means a lot to us that it means a lot to you that it means a lot to us.

Rhobyne (exactly this idiotic IRL)
