We would like to announce a revision to the new ASIN link format we announced in the Discussion Board post we made Monday entitled "AWS Commission Explained".  In that post, we announced a new link format for direct ASIN links that we learned today is not correct. 

Here is the WRONG format:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/[INSERT_ASIN_HERE]/[INSERT_ASSOCIATE_TAG_HERE]/dev-t=[INSERT_DEVELOPER_TOKEN_HERE]

And here is the RIGHT format:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/[INSERT_ASIN_HERE]/[INSERT_ASSOCIATE_TAG_HERE]?dev-t=[INSERT_DEVELOPER_TOKEN_HERE]

Note that a "?" should precede the dev-t parameter, rather than "/".  We sincerely apologize for this error in our original message.  We realize that this issue has had an impact on your Associate tracking this week and that some of your users' activity and/or orders were not recorded as a result.  We will work to remedy this situation immediately by determining who sent traffic to Amazon this week using the incorrect ASIN link format.  Please stay tuned for more information about this.  Please write with any questions you may have about this issue.
