Sorry for writing in English, but my French is much to bad to actually write it, even reading is a problem sometimes. So I think it's better for all of us if I use English ;)

I tried contacting the Club Partenaires support through the commetaires' link several times now, but I get no answer. Before I also always got an 'Votre requête Amazon.fr' email when I submitted the feedback form, but I also don't get this anymore.

Is there anything wrong with club partenaires support?
Can you still contact support? Do you get answers?

if this is the page you use to contact them, just add your own email adress and i will ask them to contact you directly.

this is the page I used.

I'm not really comfortable posting my mail address here, but the partner ID (tracking ID) of my account should enable you to find out my address I think. It's betamode-21 and I used the connected email address to connect support the last few times.

Frédéric contacted me and helped me to resolve all problems I had. Just wanted the world to know this, it's not all bad with Amazon FR Club Partenaires.
