Nobody bothered about this? It is affecting others and seems to be getting worse. It appears to be random, affecting some listings but not others. I make my price changes from a saved Excel template uploaded to the site and it is only by checking against those prices to the ones showing on the site that I can see what changes have not been done, this despite the processing report indicating they have been. A random sampling just now reveals half a dozen changes made yesterday that have not updated - Tip of the iceberg it seems.

It’s a serious problem and I’m surprised at the lack of concern. I would recommend you check the price changes you’ve made against what’s showing on the site as you may find they are not updating as you expect.

I had 24 hours without a single sale yesterday which is extremely rare for me and I am convinced it is because of this error.

I rarely reprice, just wait for the cheaper ones to sell, which I suspect is the modus operandi of many of the regular contributors to these boards

It may be different for me because I update prices individually by editing through my Open Listings.  I have never had a problem doing it that way.  Except that it is a lot more labour-intensive.

I had only 1 sale yesterday, well below normal.  So it's not just you.

I've still not had a UK sale since last Friday... with a steady 3-5 a day every day for 6 months before that.

I can't find a good number of my books using Amazon's search engine though bookfinder and viaLibri can locate them - AMazon appears to be in meltdown - let's hope its temporary!
