does anyone else notice sales patterns?
i tend to sell 1 item before 12 about 3 at lunchtime then maybe one more thing before 6 then the orders come in thick and fast.
very little activity on a friday though i always seem to get an overnighter, very little sat until the evening and sunday monday it goes crazy
im aware that its all related to work patterns etc but its weird that its practically the same everyday.
i always tend to sell cameras on a friday too
odd

Maybe people are using work internet connections? I have always thought the internet was fairly indispensable if you want to make a little money with low overheads and got connected as soon as I could possibly afford it(we have been online for 10 years this Christmas). I am always surprised by the relatively small percentage of people who have home internet access and then the fast connections of 8 meg upwards isn't available to all those who have the internet.

I wasn't selling in the "before Seller Central" - what was so different (better) about it?

A lot of my orders arrive between 12pm and 2pm -- workers' playtime? Also late at night for this early-retiring early riser to find in the morning. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually better than the weekend. Until this year we used to remark on the relentless one sale a day, month after month (stock of about 80-100, mostly expensive, books) with just the occasional flurry of sales to take it up to an average one and a half, but lately it's been all over the place, famine alternating with feast.

What was better about pre Seller Central was that, when it was introduced about 7 months ago for me, my sales IMMEDIATELY  dropped to 25% of previous levels, and have never recovered, in fact only two sales now in a fortnight.

Pure coincidence of course.
