| I think if you have the max (30K, I think) you can more or less guarantee at least one win every month. |

Hi,
It is thought that if you hold the maximum allowable number of bonds and you are "stastistically lucky" you will average 16 wins a year. Which roughly translates into one win per month.

I know how you feel. I read an article that the Gov. did this after bailing out the banks, in order to assist the banks by not competing with them for funds from the general public.
