Very cheap, do the prices include VAT?
Do you plan to add Gold jiffy bags to the catalog or is it to be just the White? |

The Prices are exclusive of VAT which are calculated at checkout. VAT receipts will be provided at end of checkout so that you can claim it back if VAT registered.
We can do the Gold Jiffy's also if you prefer them...if we have enough demand for them, we will include it on the website. However, we have had more positive feedback on the White as we have found them to be better quality than any others on the market right now.
The Gold prices would be the same, so in "notes" at checkout, just ask for the alternative colour for now.

Hi again do you have a price for the Mail Lite K/7 size - we use them for large size books, and cut them into two for medium size books, extremely useful... (above tip gleaned from Mr J Lovie :-)) |

Just looked at the site and tried a dummy order.
Why do you insist on customers registering details before they can get more info? I wanted to see what the delivery cost would be, but i am not supplying details just to find out your costs are above my level.
Could you not give the option of checkout without account? Or at the very least display the final cost before we decide to open/ register an account.
I, and I'm sure others also, find that checkoou method off putting and unfriendly. Thank you |

Wow! K is a very big book indeed! I will add the K price to the website for you shortly. In terms of shipping rates and total cost before log-in, this should not be difficult and we will try to arrange a more user friendly method in the next few days. Regards, Joe |
