John chapter 3 starting at the 5th verse lays it all out i.e. each  person must be reborn of the Spirit in addition to being born of the flesh.

What does that mean??  Jesus simply says that if people can't understand earthly things how can they understand Heavenly things i.e. the Spiritual vs the flesh.  So we need to take what we don't understand  (Spiritual things) as Gospel direct from the Lord.  Who else on this earth would know???

"I'm looking for a strong faith"  ????  well I doubt if you'll find it at the supermarket or freezed dried or in a safety deposit box, or I doubt if you can buy it---read a book called "Mere Christianity"  by C. S. Lewis  - if you don't know who he is, you should. 

He was not a "holy man" but a history professor who was an atheist until he finally woke up.  If his book doesn't answer a lot of your questions  then you may be out of reach.

Try working at a soup kitchen and talk to the homeless who eat there.  Most of them already have faith so ask them why???  Better than the stuff you've been doing.
