When do I have to log in?
After registration, you need only log in once during each new online session.

Why do I keep getting returned to the login screen, even after I've logged in?
You currently have "cookies" disabled in your browser, or your browser does not support cookies at all.
You will need to enable this feature in your software in order for the Forum login procedure to
work properly. If you are using Netscape 4.0 or newer, click on Edit, Preferences, Advanced.
Choose "Accept all cookies." If you are using Internet Explorer 4.0 or newer, click on View, Internet
Options, Advanced, Cookies. Choose "Always accept cookies." Then, reload the login screen (or restart
your browser) and try again. If you've installed any 3rd-party utilities designed to enhance the
performance of your browser's cache or cookies, disable those as well.

When I login, I get an error that says "Membername/Password combination invalid" - what does that mean?
This means that you are mistyping your E-Mail Address, Password, or both, when attempting to access your
Forum account. To access Forums, you must use the E-Mail Address and Password combination
that you chose when you first created your account. If you cannot recall that information, please refer
to the e-mail we sent you after signing up, entitled "Welcome to Forums!". This message contains
a reminder of your login information. You can also use the 'Forgottten Password?' link that appears on
the login page - after verifying your e-mail address we will send you a new password via e-mail.

Are there any special requirements for Browsers?
Any browser that supports "cookies" will work on Forums. The Message Boards make extensive use of Javascript and frames, and the Chat service is Java-based, so for full functionality you should use a Web browser that supports those features as well. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer versions 3.0 and later meet these requirements.
Windows 95 and Macintosh users should be able to take advantantage of all Forum services; Windows
3.1 users may need to upgrade to version 4.0 or newer of Navigator or Explorer to use Java Chat. There is
also an HTML (non-Java) version of Chat currently in testing, and available for public use.
